During the search operation in South Waziristan, three security personnel were martyred and four others were injured.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), three security personnel were martyred during a search operation in South Waziristan, including Subedar Nadeem, soldier Saleem and Lance Naik.

According to ISPR, the four injured Pakistan Army soldiers were shifted to the hospital for medical treatment while the Pakistan Army operation against the terrorists would continue.

It may be recalled that earlier the Indian Army continued to target civilians on the LOC. According to ISPR, a 70-year-old weak woman was martyred as a result of unprovoked firing.
